These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Guku (“the Service”), operated by Saad Abdullah. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Guku is a read-only analytics tool that aggregates the social media statistics of accounts you choose to connect (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) into a single dashboard. The Service only reads analytics; it does not post, message, or modify anything on your accounts.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize us to access the read-only data covered by the permissions you approve. Your use of each platform also remains subject to that platform’s own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or data availability.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to other accounts.
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.

Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed before you are charged. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Analytics are sourced from third-party platforms and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saad Abdullah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
